I'm time-poor, how much time will the program take?
The formal part of each program will take no longer than an hour or two each week. How much time you allocate to actually working ON your business will be your choice (and will influence your results). Part of the group coaching will include helping participants with productivity and finding more time - we would all enjoy a few extra hours a week to indulge in some self-care!
Do I have to be in Brisbane to participate?
No, you can participate from anywhere in the world if you have an internet connection! Coaching occurs online, by email and telephone.
How does telecoaching work?
In group telecoaching, several participants join the conversation by calling from home or work to a central number, often called a "bridge line." Details of how these calls work will be made available once you book into your program. Using a phone card minimises call costs considerably. In private telecoaching, you have a conversation with your coach via telephone - your coach will call you at no extra cost.
What if I miss a telecoaching call?
Each session will be recorded and available a few days after the session. You can also choose to
1. Connect with other participants through the private forum about what you missed.
2. Do the work as best you can on your own.
3. Schedule an individual coaching session with your coach. An additional investment will be required.
What types of small business owners will be in my group coaching program?
Diversity is one of the strengths of the group coaching approach. Whether you have lots of experience or very little; a thriving business poised for growth or a fledgling startup; heaps of vision or your ideas are still developing.... you will find the group coaching process to be beneficial!! Business owners join group coaching for all sorts of reasons - motivation, ideas, a sense of community, networking... what is most important is that you get the most from the experience that you can - and that means participation!!

What about confidentiality?
As a part of the sign-up process, all participants agree to the Group Coaching Program Protocols. These include the commitment to keep all ideas, information and discussions which occur within the program confidential. You may choose not to identify your business in the forums etc if you are concerned about this, however you may miss out on good networking opportunities for your business! If you have a question relating to a specific staff member or supplier, you may email your coach privately. However, one of the reasons that group coaching is so effective is that it offers an opportunity to learn from the questions and challenges of other business owners, so we encourage an open approach wherever possible.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Our small business group coaching programs deliver great value for money and we know you'll make massive progress - but its important to us that you're comfortable so, yes, we offer a guarantee for each program. There is no risk to you!
For the 55 Day Challenge, what you get out of it will be directly related to the effort you put in. If after 15 days of action you don't believe the program is worth it, we'll gladly refund your money and set you free from the group! And, as a sign of goodwill, you can keep the free report you received upon signing up!
For the 90 Day Intensive and the 12 Month Mastermind, if you attend all of the sessions in the first month, participate in the forum and complete your personalised weekly tasks, but still aren't happy with the value you are receiving from participating, then you may choose to leave the program at the end of the first month and we'll refund 100% of your money.
Most importantly, if something is concerning you or not working for you - contact your coach! It's often simple to resolve!!
