Here are my top 3 coaching questions you can ask yourself to discover
if your greatest barrier to success is actually the fear of failure...
When was the last time you had a business project or idea fail?
If it was less than a month ago, it's possible that the fear of failure has you paralysed! No failures probably means you aren't having that many successes either!! Trial and error worked pretty well for Einstein (and a few other geniuses that come to mind...) Every failure is taking you one step closer to success.
What important action 'should' you have taken by now that you are procrastinating on?
Are you procrastinating because you're concerned about failing? Think
of it this way - you already have a 'no' so go ahead and do it anyway!
What if you were to succeed? What would your upside be?

Does your idea feel 'too big'?
If you are feeling stuck, not sure where to start, or completely overwhelmed, then maybe your idea is so big that you are weighed down by the spectre of failure. Breaking your idea into manageable steps that feel achieveable is a great cure!
Lastly, if you reframe any failure as a learning experience then there is no way you can see it as a failure. There is a silver lining in every cloud - the trick is to make sure you don't repeat the same mistakes over and over! Ask yourself: What have I learned here? Whilst there's learning there's life - in your business and in yourself!!
